By accessing or using the Website and Services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any updates we may publish from time to time. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or Services. By using our Website, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria.

3. Services Overview

BigEnergy.ng provides renewable energy solutions, including sales and support of home and commercial renewable energy systems powered by advanced lithium battery systems. Our Services include product listings, consultations, sales, installations, and after-sales support. (bigenergy.ng)

4. User Accounts

Some features may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by BigEnergy.ng or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or Services for unlawful activities, harmful or offensive content distribution, or to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites not under our control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

8. Payments, Plans & Obligations

8.1 Payment Plans Offered

BigEnergy.ng may offer payment plans for products with structured installment options of:

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 10 months

These plans are subject to approval and acceptance by BigEnergy.ng.

8.2 Installment Structure

For each Payment Plan:

  • Payments are split into equal recurring installments over the term selected.

  • Each installment must be ₦3,000,000 (Three Million Naira) or more, except the final installment which may be less if it represents the remaining balance of the plan.

  • A deposit may be required before the Payment Plan begins.

Clear schedules with due dates and amounts will be provided in writing upon plan acceptance. 

9. Late Payments & Interest

If any scheduled payment is not received by its due date, then beginning the first day of the next calendar month that the payment remains unpaid, the entire outstanding contract amount will accrue interest of 1.5% per month until fully paid. Interest is calculated monthly on the full remaining balance of the contract. 

10. Default & Repossession

10.1 Default

You will be in default if any installment remains unpaid more than three (3) months after its scheduled due date.

10.2 Notice of Default

BigEnergy.ng may send written notice of default and give a period (at our discretion) to cure the default.

10.3 Repossession Rights

On default, BigEnergy.ng may:

  • Repossess the product supplied under the Payment Plan; and/or

  • Initiate legal action to recover unpaid balances, fees, repossession costs, and legal expenses.

Ownership of financed products remains with BigEnergy.ng until full payment is made.

10.4 Product Not On-Site

If the product is not physically available at the location where repossession is attempted:

  • You must provide collateral or a security guarantee equal to the market value of the product on the day repossession action is pursued before repossession proceeds.

  • Collateral must be acceptable to BigEnergy.ng and legally perfected where applicable.

  • If you fail to provide acceptable security, BigEnergy.ng may pursue all remedies, including full outstanding payment and legal enforcement.

10.5 Disposition & Deficiency

BigEnergy.ng may sell or dispose of repossessed products. You remain liable for any difference between the outstanding balance and proceeds from resale or disposal.

10.6 Costs & Expenses

You agree to pay all reasonable costs related to default, enforcement, repossession, storage, sale of assets, and legal remedies, including attorney’s fees where permitted by law. 

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Website and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, BigEnergy.ng shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services. 

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BigEnergy.ng harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Services at any time without notice for violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria. 

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
